We are not a faceless ticket system. A nonprofit Eco-tainable Homes team member helps you understand milestones, paperwork, and who does what—so you are never guessing alone.
Every project adapts to local codes, your lender’s requirements, and the build method (modular, site-built, etc.). The steps below are a reliable frame, not a rigid calendar.
